I've used Mrk. II armor models from Forge World for them...because it looks cool! In addition I also purchased all the old school guns, swords and heavy weapons to be era correct with these guys. They should look sharp with my new fancy dreadnought.
After priming these guys, I gave them a light brown base coat which I will work up from to white. It will probably be a little bit until I actually start painting them because I would like to finish assembling all of my plague bearers first.

They are going to look sooooooo cool!
I do like the older marks of armor. Bring on your fancy pants emperors children!
Wow, that armor looks badass, and perfect for nurgle dudes.
It's been brought! I just got my Blades from China. I will also have some older armor, but sticking to Mk III and Mk V, though I notice that the Blade's armor is Mk IV so I might have to get some of that. I also picked up some Blood Angels Sang Guard Torsos and Legs to mix and match.
Gonna have to get some Power Maul and Lightning Claw bits!
Can get a squad of 10 for $25 on Ebay... man, thank God for Ebay. This stuff is way to expensive.
Make that $25 for 5. Is that still worth it Ben? How bad is the conversion rate?
The conversion rate hovers between 1.4 and 1.55. Right now a 5 man squad will cost you $34 direct from forge world. The big kick in the pants is that they don't come with weapons, which are expensive but when you buy a pack of them you get 10...which is really nice. These guys I bought off of ebay (the models not the weapons) for around $5 each. I would really like to see your guys and see what the quality difference is between the chinese and real forge world. I'm thinking about getting some mrk. III armor to be my havoc/devastators, but if I can get some cheap chinese models I may try them out.
They actually look pretty good. Since I still have no car, your always welcome to come and visit to see for yourself!
